| This independent classical Christian K-12 school is unique in its curriculum which places heavy emphasis on Latin, mathematics and music. Classic literature and Bible classes are also emphasized. While it is housed by a Baptist chruch, it does not have any denominational affiliation. |

Highlands Latin is located in the Crescent Hill Baptist Church building on
the corner of Frankfort Avenue and Birchwood.
Highlands Latin is a Christian school, but has no affiliation with any denomination
or with the Crescent Hill Baptist Church.
Highlands Latin is owned and operated by Memoria Press.
All grammar and upper school students sing in one of the Latin choirs directed
by Dr. Louie Bailey.
Current and future music offerings include audition choirs, music theory/history
classes, instrument study, handbell and handchimes, string ensemble, jazz
band, and eventually a full orchestra.
